Classes are typically between six and eight weeks with the recommendation that students do one class at a time.
Learning Methods
1
Students would respond to discussion questions and engage asynchronously with other students in the classroom in discussing and sharing ideas about the subject matters for the week. This will occur weekly.
2
Students will complete multiple assignments during the 6-to-8-week period. Wherein with the discussion question, everybody gets to see what everybody else is saying, the assignment is restricted, and responses are individualized such that only the instructor would see the student’s response.
3
Students will be divided into small groups of three to four students, and the team will work collaboratively to complete an assignment for the class.
The combination of grading from these three learning methods makes up the final grades for the class.
